Let’s Talk Data Interoperability at CoSN

In April 2019, district administrators and educators will convene at CoSN 2019 to examine how education systems can prepare students for success in a digital world. District leaders will share their thoughts on some of the hottest topics in K12 educationThe state of interoperability in education will be at the forefront of district discussions. Certica’s clientHillsboro School District (OR), will share how they’ve made great strides toward data integration and application interoperability with the Ed-Fi® Data Standard. 

The Hillsboro School District presentation will highlight the critical need for data interoperability among diverse source systems as districts become more sophisticated in their use of student data and analytics. The Hillsboro team will share best practices for seamlessly managing student and school data and will discuss how they have established a centralized data infrastructure which they can expand to include additional system integrations to meet a growing district need for data exchange between multiple platforms.
